I am living in Dubai. I consult Heena ma'am online for my weight loss journey. Very excellent experience. Very supportive nature. The diet plans are easy to prepare at home and easy to follow. The exercises were easy to do at home. The diet doesn't prescribed any medicine for weight loss.I lost 6 KGS weight in 3 months without any side effects. I have lost around 2.5Kg in 2 weeks, She is consistent in follow ups and send the diet plan daily which means she is maintaing the record on daily basis. I was not following her diet to the fullest and still loose my weight which means her diet plan is effective.Thanks

Had a good experience during my consultation. The diet plans are easy to follow and includes ingredients which are easily found at home. The nutritionist doesn’t prescribe any medicines or unhealthy ways of losing weight. Diets are really well balanced and doesn’t have any side effects.

The doctor is very supportive. She takes time to listen to us and give guidance accordingly. Would definitely recommend her to everyone. The food told were our everyday food with less repetition so having meals were not boring.I got my consultation done while sitting in Dubai and the doctor made the consultation easy
